About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strengths-based case management and career advising to program participants
- Monitor participant progress through the program cycle to achieve self-sufficiency
- Maintain expert knowledge of TANF requirements and state databases for documentation accuracy
- Partner with Business Services to source employment resources and OJT placements
- Develop and lead engaging curriculum to support participant success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in career counseling, customer service, or social services
- Experience as an Equus Career Advisor or Outreach Coordinator preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
