Responsibilities

  • Advise, monitor, and track customer participation in workforce programs
  • Counsel customers with job search strategies, career advisement, and training needs
  • Help customers identify and overcome barriers to employment
  • Maintain accurate and complete records and ensure smooth case transitions
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with customers to address concerns
  • Critique resumes and maintain knowledge of various occupations for effective placement
  • Deliver individualized services and protect participant confidentiality
  • Document customer success stories internally and externally

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a career counseling role
  • Strong computer, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with workforce development or human services
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic
