About the role
Responsibilities
- Build strong one‑on‑one relationships with clients to assess needs and support job placement
- Provide comprehensive case management, follow‑up, and individualized support
- Conduct customer intake, enrollment, and orientation
- Facilitate job readiness and professional development workshops
- Coordinate with schools, employers, and internal teams to support outcomes
- Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and compliance documentation
- Monitor participant progress and attendance
- Provide referrals to community and social service resources
- Manage program operations including workshops, grants, and reporting
- Collaborate with business services to align training with employer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social services, healthcare, communications, or related field, or 2-3 years equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of experience in career advising, workforce development, or workshop facilitation
- Strong customer service, communication, and public‑speaking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of diverse career pathways; healthcare experience preferred
