Responsibilities
- Build professional one-on-one relationships with clients to aid in employment retention
- Provide consistent case management, assessment, and follow-up
- Conduct new customer orientations and facilitate professional development workshops
- Maintain organized client databases and detailed contact documentation
- Coordinate introductory and weekly workshops to ensure business-driven curriculum
- Collaborate with business services teams to identify job availability and required qualifications
- Assist in project report preparation and intake services
- Provide operational support for compliance-driven standards
Requirements
