Care Team Member

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional experience for all patients by greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing daily scheduling needs
• Complete patient intake and check-in processes, including insurance verifications and copay collection
• Manage schedules for patients and clinicians within the EHR
• Support clinical teams by triaging patient concerns and coordinating services
• Communicate with patients, families, referral partners, and vendors
• Ensure accurate charge capture and billing-related documentation
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and OSHA standards

Requirements

• Clinical exposure or Medical Assistant experience
• Experience reading medical records and supporting medication workflows
• Ability to manage difficult situations and de-escalate issues
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

• MA Certification
