About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance management for a range of issues, including complex and escalated cases within a defined framework.
- Investigate performance events impacting client care and apply independent judgment to determine corrective actions such as coaching, warnings, or separation.
- Manage a high-volume caseload, including closing 90+ tickets and conducting 45+ outbound calls per week.
- Proactively monitor performance history to identify repeat behaviors, emerging trends, and early risk signals.
- Partner with Care Pro Relationship Managers to reinforce consistent feedback and lead calibration or training sessions.
- Ensure all performance actions are documented clearly and in compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing performance, employee relations, or HR operations within a high-volume distributed workforce.
- Strong investigative and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills, specifically the ability to deliver difficult feedback clearly and compassionately.
- Strong decision-making skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in complex performance scenarios.
