Care Partner

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry duties
• Participate in shift change reports and verbal reports
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs
• Provide verbal encouragement and support to residents
• Respond to resident pendant/wearable calls in a timely manner
• Maintain infection control practices and resident confidentiality
• Report accidents and incidents to supervisors immediately

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CNA or Home Health Aid certification preferred
• Medication Assistance license preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with senior citizens
