Care Partner

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry duties
• Participate in shift change reports and 24 Hour Reports
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs
• Respond to resident pendant and wearable calls promptly
• Maintain infection control practices and report accidents or incidents
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' personal care information
• Support resident independence and spiritual needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CNA or Home Health Aid certification preferred
• Medication Assistance license/certificate preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact warmly with seniors
• Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions
• Passion for working with senior citizens
