Care Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and physical and emotional support to residents based on their Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including continence management and personal hygiene
• Observe, report, and document changes in resident conditions such as behavior, alertness, skin, and diet
• Respond promptly to resident call bells and security systems
• Maintain a safe, clean, and warm home-like environment, including light housekeeping and laundry services
• Support dining experiences by serving meals and following specific dietary requirements
• Engage residents in life enrichment activities and social interactions to promote dignity and independence

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (may be required per state regulations)
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to remain calm in difficult situations and manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in senior care or assisted living environments
• A strong desire to serve and care for the elderly population
