Responsibilities
- Act as the embedded domain expert for 6–10 strategic care group accounts to drive rollout success and long-term adoption
- Run structured Pre-Rollout Analyses and System Reality Checks, mapping QM processes and EHR configurations
- Lead peer-level conversations with management on process design, documentation logic, and change management
- Conduct post-rollout reviews with customer leadership to track adoption and deliver actionable recommendations
- Translate cross-account patterns into structured insights for the Product team
Requirements
- Background as Pflegedienstleitung, QM-Beauftragte/r, or in a senior care quality/operations role
- Deep familiarity with QM processes, care documentation standards, and EHR systems (ideally Vivendi/Snap)
- Fluent German
- Structured diagnostic thinking skills
- Collaborative mindset for working with CSMs and Product teams
