Responsibilities

• Enroll and track participation of youth in the Cash Plus pilot program
• Submit and manage documentation for youth incentives and payments
• Assist in designing promotional materials to support participant engagement
• Administer workshops on housing sustainability, money management, and community resources
• Identify relevant housing resources and connect youth to necessary staff and support
• Enter data into the ETO online database to maintain data integrity
• Support the ongoing research component by obtaining consents and administering surveys
• Provide care coordination and case management services to help youth achieve social and housing goals
• Coordinate with CHNY departments and community agencies to optimize service delivery

Requirements

• 1-2 years of progressive experience in youth development models or a related discipline
• Ability to travel occasionally to other Covenant House NY sites in the Bronx

Preferred Qualifications

• Training or experience with trauma-informed care
• Experience with motivational interviewing
• Experience with crisis intervention
• Experience working in a multicultural, diverse environment
