Care Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort service
• Follow resident schedules set by supervisors
• Provide emotional and social support to residents
• Document daily logs of assistance provided
• Inform supervisors of any resident issues or concerns
• Respect and encourage resident independence and dignity
• Maintain resident confidentiality

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in senior care
• Proficiency in English for communication and emergency response
• CNA or CHHA license (depending on state requirements)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems
