Care Associate - Memory Care (MC)

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Participate in and lead one on one and group activities
• Serve residents during mealtime and assist with memory care laundry and basic housekeeping
• Ensure resident, family, and employee concerns receive timely response
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor

Requirements

• Experience working with seniors with dementia preferred
• Proficiency in English for communication and emergency response
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems
