Care Associate - Memory Care (MC) Full Time Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents in the Memory Care Program
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Lead and participate in one-on-one and group activities to encourage engagement
• Serve residents during mealtime and assist with memory care laundry and basic housekeeping
• Respond to resident, family, and employee concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers

Requirements

• Proficiency in English to communicate with supervisors, employees, and residents
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems in dynamic situations
• Compassionate, kind, and engaging personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors living with dementia
• CNA or CHHA license (may be required depending on state regulations)
