Care Associate/CNA - Assisted Living (AL)

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services
• Follow resident care schedules as established by the supervisor
• Offer emotional and social support to residents to enhance their quality of life
• Document daily logs of assistance and resident activities
• Inform supervisors immediately of any resident issues or concerns
• Maintain resident dignity, independence, and confidentiality

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in senior care
• CNA or CHHA license (depending on state requirements)
• Proficiency in English for communication with residents, staff, and emergency response
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple tasks in high-stress situations

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions when necessary
