Care Assistant/Daily Companion

Responsibilities

• Accompany daily life by providing orientation, structure, and individual attention
• Plan and implement group and individual activities such as movement, memory, and creative tasks
• Promote mobility through support with walks, activation, and small exercises
• Involve relatives by maintaining contact and involving reference persons
• Maintain documentation and coordinate closely with the nursing staff

Requirements

• Completed qualification as a care assistant according to § 43b SGB XI
• Joy in working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Empathetic and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
