Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support people to achieve their goals and maintain independence
• Provide safe, dignified personal care
• Work in partnership with families and professionals
• Record and share information clearly and accurately
• Help people stay connected to their community and everyday life

Requirements

• Female applicants only (due to the personal nature of support)
• Patience, empathy, and reliability
• Ability to walk (for specific LS13, LS12, LS10 areas) or drive (for all areas)
• Dependable and people-focused
