Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support people to achieve their personal outcomes, working alongside families and professionals
• Provide dignified personal care that respects privacy and choice
• Promote independence and confidence using enabling approaches
• Deliver personalised care based on individual needs, choices, and preferences
• Communicate clearly, recording and sharing information with the right people at the right time
• Help people stay connected to their community, accessing local services and support

Requirements

• Female applicants only (due to the personal nature of the support)
• Natural caring side or experience supporting loved ones
• Ability to work in Wallsend, North Tyneside
• Drivers or walkers available
