Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support people to meet their personal outcomes
• Promote independence using enabling approaches
• Deliver personalised care based on choice and control
• Provide personal care that protects dignity
• Communicate effectively with families, professionals, and colleagues
• Record and share information accurately and on time
• Help people stay connected to their communities

Requirements

• Drivers preferred (mileage paid at 50p per mile)
• Ability to work agreed shift patterns (Early: 7am-2pm or Late: 4pm-10pm)
• Willingness to work on a 2-week rota including weekends
