Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care that protects people's dignity
• Promote independence using enabling approaches
• Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals
• Connect people to their communities and local services
• Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control
• Document, report, and share information effectively

Requirements

• Access to a vehicle and valid driving licence
• Female applicants only (in line with the Equality Act 2010)
• Patience, empathy, and clear communication skills
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• No prior care experience required; transferable skills accepted
