Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Visit village and community customers daily to provide personal care and support day-to-day tasks
• Assist with washing, bathing, dressing, mealtimes, and medication administration
• Perform house duties including cooking, laundry, vacuuming, and ironing
• Support customers with medical appointments and prescription collection
• Encourage customer independence in daily activities and exercise
• Maintain compliance with Safeguarding policies and CQC requirements
• Complete electronic daily logs accurately

Requirements

• Good level of written and oral English
• Ability to use a company mobile and app for scheduling
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
• High standard of personal presentation and hygiene
• Knowledge of the local area
