About the role

Responsibilities

  • Visit village and community customers daily to follow personal care plans
  • Provide personal care including washing, bathing, dressing, and continence care
  • Assist with mealtimes, preparing drinks, and administering medication
  • Perform household duties such as cooking, laundry, vacuuming, and ironing
  • Support customers with fitness, health awareness, and medical appointments
  • Encourage customer independence in daily activities and exercise
  • Liaise with family members and maintain strict safeguarding compliance

Requirements

  • Good level of written and oral English
  • Ability to use a company mobile and app for scheduling and logs
  • Ability to accurately complete electronic daily logs
  • Strong time management and adaptability
  • High standard of personal presentation and hygiene
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in care is not required as training is provided
  • Interest in undertaking NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care
