Cardio Thoracic Surgeon

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform advanced cardio thoracic surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair/replacement, and thoracic surgeries
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
• Provide preoperative and postoperative management to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in clinical research and innovation to contribute to the advancement of cardio thoracic surgery
• Mentor and educate junior medical staff, fellows, and residents
• Maintain compliance with medical standards, hospital policies, and ethical practices

Requirements

• Medical degree with board certification in cardio thoracic surgery
• Extensive experience performing complex cardio thoracic surgeries at a leading healthcare institution
• Demonstrated expertise in latest surgical techniques and patient management strategies
• Strong skills in multidisciplinary teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care
• Track record of involvement in clinical research and academic contributions
• Ability to mentor and train medical professionals and support continuous learning
