About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead regional customer and employee education and training activities for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) products and procedures.
- Serve as a technical field resource, providing expertise in physician, fellow, and AHP education.
- Train internal teams and external customers on CRM therapies, products, and clinical evidence.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute strategic technical and clinical training programs.
- Provide feedback to product development, quality, and marketing teams regarding product performance.
- Deliver implant or clinic coverage as requested by regional needs.
- Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key customers through technical expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or sales/service/engineering within the Cardiac Rhythm or Implantable Medical Device industry.
- OR an Advanced Degree in engineering or nursing.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel frequently to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings.
- Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements for healthcare settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in biomedical engineering or nursing.
- Experience in Cath Lab, EP Lab, hospital/clinic, or cardiology environments.
- Experience teaching and educating medical personnel and technical support staff.
- Thorough working knowledge of cardiac medical terminology and the medical device industry.
- Expertise with Microsoft tools and business applications such as Salesforce.com.
- IBHRE certification.
