Cardiac Rehab RN Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and patient care within the ambulatory cardiac rehab setting
• Provide direct supervision to nursing, clinical, and administrative staff, including conducting performance evaluations and managing attendance
• Act as a clinician to support daily clinic operations when necessary
• Facilitate staff training, competency evaluations, and continuing education for both staff and patients
• Coordinate patient-centered care and provide clinical assistance to providers to ensure high-quality service and efficient resource use
• Manage professional behavior and coach team members in partnership with leadership and HR
• Maintain departmental budgets and explain variances

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Proven experience in Nursing
• Valid RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Cardiac Rehabilitation
