Cardiac MRI Radiographer

Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of cardiac MRI scans
• Prepare and position patients for procedures
• Operate MRI equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work with cardiologists to analyze and interpret imaging results
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Contribute to the development of imaging protocols
• Monitor patients for unusual reactions during procedures

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Bachelor's degree in Radiography or a related field
• Certification in Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (CMR) or equivalent
• Extensive experience in performing cardiac MRI procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
