Cardiac Anesthesiologist

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiac anesthesia for cases including CABG, valves, aortic dissections, root replacements, ECMO, TAVR, and Mitral Clips
• Participate in resident education and medical student instruction as a faculty member
• Manage occasional general anesthesia shifts including trauma, endo, neuro, ortho, and OB/GYN
• Participate in a rotating beeper call for CV cases only

Requirements

• CV Fellowship completion
• Board Certification
• Eligibility for Texas medical licensure
• Commitment to clinical excellence in an academic environment

• Echo Certification
