Card Design Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide customized consultative support on complex license requests, applying knowledge of Visa Bylaws, Rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage technical and business resources required to implement new and add-on Visa products and services.
• Offer upfront licensing consultancy to manage client expectations and clarify onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate with Onboarding and Implementation functions to improve the client experience and service offerings.
• Execute administration of the client licensing lifecycle, including upgrades, downgrades, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Present licensing processes, timings, and expectations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Translate complex customer business requirements into internal technical language.
• Contribute to business requirements and enhancement requests for internal tools and systems.

Requirements

• Experience in client-facing roles within the financial services or payments industry.
• Proven experience in project management and supporting clients through product implementation.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work with strong attention to detail and deadline adherence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience working in cross-cultural environments and remote/hybrid situations.
• Digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies like Generative AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end licensing processes and business drivers in financial services.
• Experience synthesizing technical information into actionable business solutions.
• Familiarity with Visa databases and workflow tools (e.g., VCIS, MSD, Playbook).
• Experience in process improvement and identifying operational efficiencies.
• Experience in training staff and sharing knowledge effectively.
