About the role
Responsibilities
- Learn and master all car wash roles to train and develop team members
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, training, safety, and performance
- Deliver high-level customer service while maximizing efficiency
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive work environment in compliance with safety standards
- Manage budgets for supplies, products, equipment, repairs, and replacements
- Monitor car wash quality to ensure alignment with company standards
Requirements
- 2–3 years of management experience in customer service-related roles
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to lift, push, or carry 50 lbs or more
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese and English
