Car Wash District Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple car wash locations to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Drive exceptional customer service standards and resolve customer escalations
• Maximize car counts, throughput speed, and wash quality through process improvement
• Monitor and control site expenses including chemicals, utilities, and repairs
• Manage and enforce the Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) to minimize equipment downtime
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Site Managers and supervisory staff
• Ensure all locations operate in full compliance with OSHA and local/state/federal regulations
• Track and analyze performance data including KPIs, labor, and customer feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful multi-site management experience in car wash, retail, or automotive industries
• Proven track record of developing leaders and building high-performance teams
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with an expectation of 50+ hours per week
• Ability to lift, push, or carry 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working in outdoor, fast-paced, and physically demanding environments
