CAR-T Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operational teams and key steps in the CAR-T manufacturing process
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP standards and manage all quality aspects
• Act as point of contact for production challenges and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues
• Manage critical documentation including procedures, work instructions, logs, and batch record review for QC release
• Train and develop team members to excel in their roles
• Drive operational excellence projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality

Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree in sciences, bio-engineering, pharmacy, or equivalent experience
• Experience leading a team in a regulated environment, or at least 3 years in a GMP/ATMP environment (biotech or pharma) with ambition to lead
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and cleanroom operations
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Electronic Batch Record (EBR) systems
