CAR-T Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire operational teams overseeing key steps in the CAR-T production process
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP standards and manage quality aspects
• Act as a domain expert for Quality and Operations during GMP inspections
• Collaborate with other departments to solve production challenges
• Manage and review critical documentation including procedures, work instructions, and batch records
• Train and develop team members to ensure high skill levels
• Drive operational excellence through projects to boost efficiency and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, bio-engineering, pharmacy, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in people leadership within a regulated environment, OR at least 3 years of experience in a GMP or ATMP environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Experience with Electronic Batch Record (EBR) systems
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and clean room operations
