CAR-T Operations Junior Expert

Responsibilities

• Execute CAR-T process activities including cell culture, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation in a GMP cleanroom
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records to ensure quality and safety
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete production tasks according to shift schedules
• Contribute to process optimization and efficiency improvements
• Maintain GMP production areas, equipment cleanliness, and environmental monitoring
• Complete all required GMP documentation to ensure compliance and traceability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sciences, bioengineering, biotechnology, pharmacy, or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Dutch or English with strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
• Eagerness to learn and develop

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in a cGMP or ATMP environment
• Experience with aseptic techniques in cleanrooms
