CAR-T Operations Expert

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise specific parts of the CAR-T production process, including component preparation, processing, filling, finishing, and cryopreservation
• Ensure all activities comply with cGMP and GDP standards
• Develop and maintain GMP documentation to guarantee compliance and traceability
• Manage daily production planning and support production meetings
• Draft and review operational procedures, including work instructions, master batch records, and forms
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline and optimize processes through Lean and Operational Excellence projects
• Train and coach junior colleagues
• Support the testing and implementation of production software such as eLiMS, MES, and SAP

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sciences, bio-engineering, biotechnology, pharmacy, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience with cell culture, preferably in biotech or pharma
• Previous experience in production, quality, or engineering
• Thorough knowledge of cGMP regulations and cell culture techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in Dutch or English
