Car Securer

Responsibilities

• Secure finished product to a railcar for offsite shipping
• Perform physical tasks including reaching, squatting, bending, and carrying objects
• Lift and carry supplies of various dimensions and weights
• Climb onto rail cars on uneven terrain
• Push and pull materials of different sizes
• Use touch and impact wrenches
• Use an 8 lb. sledge hammer

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a high school level
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
• People leadership and teaching skills
• Self-motivated personality
• Ability to operate impact wrenches
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair torch maintenance
• Ability to lift/exert force up to 35 lbs
