Car Salesman

Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer journey from lead assignment to deal closure
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs to maximize conversion opportunities
• Present suitable vehicle options and explain inspection results and financing solutions
• Follow up with customers and handle objections throughout the sales process
• Encourage qualified customers to proceed with vehicle inspections and purchase completion
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets and convert KPIs
• Coordinate with Operations, Inspection, Financing, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth deal completion
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Strong command of the Saudi Accent (mandatory)
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, Customer Service, or Operations
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
