Responsibilities

• Execute customer check-ins, check-outs, briefings, and ongoing rental support
• Handle service recovery cases and emergencies with empathy
• Prepare and conduct motorhome demonstrations, explaining features and specifications
• Manage leads and follow-ups within the CRM to convert rental customers into sales opportunities
• Maintain technical knowledge of motorhome models and perform simple system demonstrations (lighting, gas, etc.)
• Ensure smooth vehicle handovers and complete documentation

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive sectors
• Strong communication skills and professional customer handling
• Ability to understand and explain technical vehicle systems
• Practical, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Proficiency in English (German is a plus)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to medium objects (10–15 kg)
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools, rental systems, or digital sales software
