Responsibilities
- Execute customer rental processes including check-ins, check-outs, and vehicle orientations
- Conduct professional motorhome demonstrations to convert prospects into buyers
- Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Provide technical support and basic system demonstrations (e.g., lighting, gas)
- Handle customer complaints and emergencies professionally
- Maintain high standards for vehicle handovers and documentation
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive sectors
- Ability to understand and explain technical vehicle/motorhome systems
- Valid Category B driver's license
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with rental systems
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 10–15 kg
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during high seasons
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools
- Experience with digital sales tools
- Knowledge of the local language
