Car Detailer

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing
• Follow standardized detailing methods to meet quality and time targets
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify defects
• Use appropriate tools, cleaning agents, and detailing techniques
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking
• Operate and maintain detailing equipment safely
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and proper chemical handling
• Keep detailing bays and work areas clean and organized
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum G2 Driver’s License valid in Ontario
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
• Strong computer and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with high attention to quality
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to commit to a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule including overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing or production experience
• Familiarity with facility equipment and inventory processes
