Responsibilities

• Perform thorough car inspections, test drives, and detailed appraisal reports
• Conduct commercial negotiations with customers to close deals while maintaining high satisfaction
• Manage branch operations, including administrative support and maintaining a professional appearance
• Provide five-star customer service to ensure clients leave satisfied

Requirements

• Commercial mindset and excellent communication skills
• Affinity with cars (automotive experience as a salesperson, mechanic, or buyer is a plus)
• Independent, responsible, and result-oriented working style
• Availability to work 40 or 45 hours per week, including Saturdays (mandatory)
• Valid Driver's License (Category B)
