Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of required information into the SAP system to maintain accurate data control.
• Manage administrative tasks and work requests to ensure necessary materials are delivered to the department.
• Maintain organized files for blueprints, drawings, and equipment service manuals.
• Ensure work order control files are kept up to date to facilitate easy retrieval.
• Adhere to Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, and Safety management systems and policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and communicate infrastructure or technology needs.

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria).
• Technical degree in Computing (Tecnología en Computación) preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Basic English skills (reading, writing, and conversation).
• At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance assistant or similar administrative role.
