About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the service team to ensure smooth operations and consistent service quality
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service when required
- Guide guests on food and beverage selections to enhance their overall experience
- Coordinate closely with the team and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor the cleanliness, setup, and ambiance of the restaurant area
- Address guest requests, resolve concerns, and handle escalated issues promptly
- Train, coach, and motivate service staff to uphold service standards
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and hotel/service guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory, stock control, and daily operational reports as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience
- Good understanding of F&B offerings, service flow, and guest preferences
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Well-groomed, polite, and team-oriented
- Arabic language is an advantage
