About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain LQA service standards for the outlet
- Serve and clear food and beverage items professionally using appropriate service ware
- Utilize POS systems to ring up sales, print checks, and complete cash-out procedures
- Prepare and operate coffee machines for specialty coffees and teas
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
- Ascertain guest satisfaction and handle any issues, reporting to the Supervisor/Manager
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly restaurant environment
- Assist in training colleagues and acting as a role model for service excellence
- Conduct equipment and beverage inventories
- Support management in supervising operations to maintain service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hotel experience
- At least 1 year in a 5-star luxury operation environment
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Extensive wine and cuisine knowledge
- Proficiency with Micros and Opera systems
- Ability to maintain 5-star service standards
