Captain - Executive Aircraft

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command for RTX Flight owned or leased aircraft, ensuring the safe transport of passengers and materials.
• Execute all flights in strict accordance with FAA regulations, ICAO regulations, and RTX Flight policies and procedures.
• Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills to manage aircraft systems, instrumentation, and crew coordination effectively.
• Maintain high situational awareness and exercise sound judgment during in-flight and ground operations.
• Monitor crewmembers for adherence to established safety standards and provide constructive coaching.
• Maintain flight currency and thorough knowledge of meteorology, aircraft systems, and SOPs.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on customer requirements.

Requirements

• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Minimum of 3,500 total pilot flight hours.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in turbine-powered fixed-wing multi-engine aircraft.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• Ability to travel worldwide without restriction.
• Must reside within a one-hour driving distance of the assigned base (KBDL).
• Demonstrated ability to make logical decisions under normal and emergency conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate or VIP Flight Operations.
• Experience with advanced flight deck avionics in complex airspace and terminal environments.
• Previous experience operating Falcon 2000EX-EASy aircraft.
