Captain - Airbus 320

Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned flights in accordance with airline operational manuals and civil aviation regulations
• Ensure ultimate safety, security, and efficiency are achieved throughout all operated flights
• Act as the ultimate responsible party for the aircraft during assigned flights, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort
• Perform pre-flight briefings with flight and cabin crew to communicate flight details and technical status
• Liaise with co-pilots and the Dispatch Team regarding weather, fuel, weight, and route preferences
• Monitor and maintain procedures to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the aircraft
• Cooperate with Maintenance Engineers to confirm aircraft technical status and address any defects
• Maintain accurate technical logs, journey books, and required documentation as per regulatory standards

Requirements

• Appropriate ATPL License
• Minimum 4000 hours of flying experience (Airbus 320 preferred)
• Ability to pass technical and psychometric assessments for pilots
• Ability to pass a medical fitness check-up per airline and civil aviation standards
• Proficient in aircraft systems and Microsoft Office
• Very good English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with low-cost airlines
• Formal qualification in safety and emergency response training
• Training in Crew Resource Management (CRM)
• Knowledge of basic airport security procedures and IATA security principles
