Responsibilities

• Ensure correct management of the assigned department to maximize economic results
• Increase the number of Buying Customers and market share
• Offer the best consulting service to customers
• Protect company assets
• Lead and develop the department team
• Collaborate with store stakeholders and other company figures to achieve economic objectives

Requirements

• Knowledge of the relevant department assortment
• Knowledge of main commercial KPIs for department management and relevant CCNL
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong customer and result orientation
• Excellent relational, communicative, negotiating, and commercial skills
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
