Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned Meat Department to maximize economic results
• Increase the number of Buying Customers and market share
• Provide high-quality consulting services to customers
• Protect company assets and guide/develop the department team
• Collaborate with store management and other corporate figures to achieve economic goals

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the specific department assortment
• Knowledge of commercial KPIs and relevant CCNL
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Customer and result orientation
• Excellent relational, communication, and negotiation skills
