About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of capital works for a large investor developer across the ACT
- Manage the full project lifecycle including design management, procurement, and construction delivery
- Develop and manage a pipeline of complex projects
- Navigate technical, commercial, and contractual matters
- Monitor project schedules to ensure timely progression
- Review consultant submissions and technical documentation
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Project Manager managing end-to-end project phases
- Experience delivering construction-focused capital projects
- Solid understanding of Australian Standard consultancy and construction contracts, standards, and codes
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and MS Project
- Ability to work with minimal oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience mentoring less experienced project managers
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
