Capital Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Research and present market trends and investor profiles to support fundraising efforts
• Assist with investor communications
• Ensure key databases like Foliometrics are kept accurate and current
• Create and improve reports that demonstrate fundraising progress and team performance
• Support daily workflow management like updating dashboards and tracking metrics
• Partner with senior Business Development team members and internal teams to keep marketing data and content aligned with brand guidelines

Requirements

• MBA in Finance, Business Analytics, or equivalent degree
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, business research, or data analytics
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally in a time-sensitive environment
