Capital Solutions Manager

Setpoint provides purpose-built capital and technology to asset-backed borrowers and lenders. Our platform is the funding operating system for originators: it verifies and stores documents; automates critical calculations and compliance reporting; and digitizes assets like homes or cars. Setpoint’s technology makes warehouse transactions instant and error free.

Responsibilities

• Own client portfolios end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding, success, and growth.
• Translate structured finance needs into engineering specifications for Data OS and Insight OS.
• Lead data quality assessments on incoming loan tapes and client deliverables to ensure accuracy.
• Supervise offshore implementation resources and manage a team of analysts supporting data workflows.
• Leverage AI-powered workflows and internal tooling to accelerate delivery and improve consistency.
• Contribute to product priorities, onboarding playbooks, and process documentation.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in private credit, asset-backed lending, or structured finance.
• Hands-on experience with loan tapes, servicer reports, or borrowing base certificates.
• Demonstrated client management experience with institutional investors and lenders.
• Expert-level Excel skills and comfort with SQL, Python, or BI tools (Metabase, Tableau).
• Experience writing technical specifications or engineering handoff documents.
• Experience managing or coordinating junior analysts or offshore teams.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple asset classes such as consumer, auto, fund finance, or CRE.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI copilot tools.
